I. Machine tool structure features:
Machine tool is equipped with machine tool protective cover. Beautiful appearance, smooth lines, proper operation parts.The machine bed adopts roller linear guide rail, high rigidity, good wear resistance. High positioning accuracy, fast moving response, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon.
Machine tool guide rail lubrication using centralized intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
Feed axis [Z axis, X axis, Y axis] adopts high precision ball screw through a wide number of servo motor direct drive to achieve no clearance transmission, high transmission accuracy, high positioning accuracy.
Headstock spindle C axis adopts wide number servo motor directly connected with high precision wear-resistant worm gear and worm pair (this worm gear and worm pair is anti-backlash worm gear and worm, zero backlash, backlash adjustable and convenient adjustment). Spindle is equipped with four-jaw chuck to facilitate alignment of workpiece.
The milling head motor adopts high power spindle (BT40), which can make the milling cutter realize infinitely variable speed and wide speed range. Servo motor drives worm gear and worm drive to adjust milling head Angle to ensure the stability of processing. Motorized spindle is cooled by special chiller to ensure that the motorized spindle runs under constant temperature.
The feeding mode of the seat sleeve is hydraulic feeding to facilitate the disassembly of the workpiece, and the whole feeding mode of the tail seat is rack electric feeding to facilitate the operation of the operator.
The machine is equipped with a chip discharging machine for convenient chip discharging, chip discharging machine is equipped with high pressure water pump, processing through forced cooling to achieve lubrication cooling effect.
