NXK220×3000 CNC internal cyclone milling machine is independently developed by our company, can achieve variable lead, variable eccentricity and other functions. Mainly used for processing single screw pump wave type screw special machine.
The machine adopts the whole casting special bed, high frequency hardening hard rail. The main shaft is driven by worm wheel and worm, and the servo motor is directly connected with worm to achieve high precision and accurate indexing. X and Z axis guides are arranged horizontally. One, four or eight knives can be installed on the flying knife plate at the same time. The milling head adopts special protection device to prevent iron filings from flying out. The machine is equipped with Guangzhou CNC system.

1,The machine tool is equipped with protective cover. Both ends and the rear side of the machine are fully protected, and the operating side is semi-protected by sliding door.
2,The machine adopts two guide rails, high rigidity and good wear resistance. 55° dovetail rail is adopted for bed saddle rail, which has high positioning accuracy, fast moving response and no creeping phenomenon in low speed feed.
3,Machine tool guide rail lubrication using centralized intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
4,Feed axis [Z axis, X axis] adopts high precision ball screw, driven directly by servo motor, high transmission accuracy, good positioning accuracy.
5,Headstock spindle C axis adopts a wide number of servo motor directly connected with high precision wear resistant worm gear and worm pair (the worm gear and worm pair is variable tooth thickness, backlash adjustment is convenient). Spindle is equipped with four-jaw chuck to facilitate alignment of workpiece.
6,The machine is equipped with two milling heads, one for large diameter and one for small diameter. Two types of milling head replacement.
7,Machine tool fixture for clamping fixture (processing large diameter);
8,Tailstock sleeve feeding mode is manual feeding, convenient to disassemble the workpiece. Tailstock movement adopts mechanical feed manual locking.
9,The machine is equipped with chip discharging machine, convenient chip discharging machine is equipped with high pressure water pump, processing through forced cooling to achieve lubrication cooling effect.
10. The electrical components in the machine tool electrical control cabinet are all purchased from delixi, a well-known brand in China.
