   CLX220×1200 CNC spiral rotor milling machine is designed and processed by our factory.  This machine adopts molding milling cutter to milling screw and screw turning workpiece, mainly suitable for air compressor, refrigerator, industrial pump and other products, large size spiral rotor spiral surface processing.  

 

LX320×1500 CNC spiral rotor milling machine is designed and processed by our factory. This machine adopts molding milling cutter to milling screw and screw turning workpiece, mainly suitable for air compressor, refrigerator, industrial pump and other products, large size spiral rotor spiral surface processing.

I. Structural characteristics of machine tools:
1, the machine adopts Guangzhou CNC system (four axis two linkage).
2, the machine adopts integrated bed, "D" type structure. Bed material is high strength cast iron, reasonable structure, good rigidity, high stability. The headcase and tail seat are installed on the work table, and the tail seat can be moved back and forth; The bed saddle is fixed on the bed body, and the bed saddle is equipped with a skateboard, which is locked by a disc spring. The milling head is mounted on a slide plate. The table moves left and right reciprocating through the ball screw.
3, machine tool guide rail using hard rail. Guide rail lubrication using centralized intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
4, the feed shaft (Z axis, X axis) adopts high precision ball screw through servo motor direct drive to achieve no clearance transmission, high transmission accuracy, good positioning accuracy.
5, headstock (axis C) adopt variable tooth thickness worm gear drive, convenient to adjust the clearance. Servo motor direct worm, high precision and accurate indexing.
6, the milling head adopts high power frequency conversion motor, through the synchronous belt + worm gear and worm drive.

7. The feeding mode of tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feeding, which is convenient to remove the workpiece. The overall feeding of tailstock is rack and pinion structure, which is convenient to feed.
8, the milling spindle is A axis rotation, in order to determine the milling spiral Angle, with X, Z and C coordinate linkage, in the case of system programming to achieve automatic processing. A axis rotation using variable tooth thickness worm gear drive. Axis A is locked by disc spring.
9, the machine is equipped with special fixture, the machine is equipped with a special center frame.
10. The machine is equipped with cooling device. Lubrication cooling effect is achieved through forced cooling.

The standard processing diameter range of this equipment is 350mm, if you have other processing range, you can negotiate with the sales contact.  Length range, we can do from 1000mm to 8000mm, and all are integral cast bed.

Our standard configuration is Guangzhou CNC system, fanuc and Siemens can also be used, but the price is slightly different, please contact sales for details.

Q8For this device, we have two kinds of bed structure and four models. One processing diameter less than 200, the machine bed structure is "flat bed", one is the bed structure is "T-shaped", suitable for processing diameter less than 320 air compressor rotor. In addition, we can also produce and process the diameter of 650, 1050 CNC spiral rotor milling machine.
