LXK100 CNC three milling head milling machine introduction:

 

Integral casting bed, high frequency hardening hard rail, milling part is composed of three rotatable milling heads, milling heads can be adjusted Angle, removable, can meet the requirements of different workpiece processing. Can realize three milling head formation 120° processing three grooves, and can realize two milling head formation 180° to complete the two grooves processing. The front and rear ends of the equipment have no less than 2 meters of receiving and feeding guide wheel frame to achieve the purpose of continuous processing.

 

Machining efficiency: 73 diameter, 240 pitch triple helix 2-4mm deep, tube body DZ50: joint 42CRMO, hardness of 28-32HRB as an example, the maximum speed of 10 helix milling per meter is not more than 5 minutes.

The standard processing diameter range of this equipment is 350mm, if you have other processing range, you can negotiate with the sales contact.  Length range, we can do from 1000mm to 8000mm, and all are integral cast bed.
