Lxk-φ320 CNC spiral milling machine is a special machine tool specially developed by our company for processing vacuum pump rotor. The product can process both equal pitch rotor and variable pitch rotor without adding other auxiliary equipment. And the tool cost is low, processing efficiency is fast, reliability is high, rigidity is good, the price is low, the most suitable for the specific user.
The CNC system of the machine tool is Siemens system, which can realize five axis and three linkage, and the system stability is good. The machine is equipped with a chip removal machine for easy chip removal, and the outside of the machine is protected by a protective cover.
Machining efficiency :(as shown in the figure) for example, the rotor with an outer diameter of 200mm and a spiral length of 495mm can be processed in about 8 hours, with a precision of 0.02mm and a finish of 3.2. If molding casting blank, the processing efficiency is about 5 hours.
