  1. This bed is suitable for processing plastic machinery (extruder, injection molding machine, granulator, film blowing machine) in the screw, conveyor screw, rubber screw can be processed. Can process equal pitch, variable pitch, gradual pitch. Any screw of equal depth or variable depth.

  2. This CNC screw milling machine adopts wide number system (25I), including servo motor, which is equipped with complete sets by the system manufacturer.This numerical control adopts three axes and two linkage.

  3. The machine is designed as a whole bed, and the distance between the two tips is all within 11 meters. There's no splicing.

  Our bed is very stable, the guide surface is hard rail, 800mm wide, three guide rails, ball screw placed in the middle of the bed. The standard processing diameter range of this equipment is 350mm, if you have other processing range, you can negotiate with the sales contact.  Length range, we can do from 1000mm to 8000mm, and all are integral cast bed.
