Product Introduction:

1, the machine tool as a whole for the "D" structure, headstock and tailstock installed on the work table. The table moves reciprocally along Z axis. The saddle moves along the X - axis. The motorized spindle turntable (B axis) is mounted on the bed saddle. The grinding wheel dressing table is installed on the rotary table (B axis) to realize synchronous rotation with the motorized spindle.
2, the machine bed adopts ball linear guide rail, high rigidity, good wear resistance. High positioning accuracy, fast moving response, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon.
3, headstock spindle C axis adopts servo motor directly connected with high precision wear-resistant worm gear and worm pair (this worm gear and worm pair is anti-backlash worm gear and worm, backlash adjustment is convenient). The front end of the spindle is equipped with a special fixture to facilitate the disassembly of the workpiece.
4, feed axis [Z axis, X axis] adopts high precision ball screw through servo motor direct drive to achieve no clearance transmission, high transmission accuracy, high positioning accuracy.
5, grinding head adopts high power spindle, which can realize stepless variable speed and wide speed range. Servo motor drives nc turntable to adjust grinding Angle to ensure machining accuracy.
6. The feeding mode of tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feeding to facilitate the disassembly of the workpiece, and the overall feeding of tailstock is manual.
7. Grinding wheel dressing table adopts working table assembly and dressing wheel adopts diamond roller.
8, the machine tool system using wide digital system or Taiwan yitu CNC system.
9, machine tool guide rail lubrication using centralized intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
