XK160×3500 CNC auger rod milling machine is the leading variety of the series of thread processing machine tools developed by our company. This milling machine is used to machine "single" and "multiple" helical grooves for drill rods. It has the following characteristics:

1. The high-strength casting bed, the guide rail is a hard rail, with good rigidity and high precision. The guide rail surface lubrication adopts automatic lubrication.
2. The bedside table can reciprocate along the bed guide rail, with high displacement precision and fast moving speed. The main shaft of the spindle box rotates as a worm gear structure with a large transmission ratio, and the worm gear and worm are lubricated by oil. Servo motor directly worm to achieve accurate indexing. Headstock Spindles are equipped with medium-sized hydraulic chucks.
3. The bending plate is connected with the bed, and the workpiece is reserved through the middle hole. A milling head device is arranged on one side of the bent plate, and the milling head device consists of three milling heads. The milling head reserves a multi-station installation position. Milling heads can be mounted on different stations to machine one, two or three symmetrical helical surfaces simultaneously. One milling cutter can mill 1 spiral groove, 2 milling cutters simultaneously mill 180° distribution of 2 spiral grooves, and 3 milling cutters simultaneously mill 120° distribution of 3 spiral grooves.
4. The motor of the milling head is a high-power variable frequency motor (7.5KW), and the installation form of the spindle of the milling head is BT50 structure, which is processed by a disc milling cutter. The angle of the milling head can be adjusted manually, and the angle adjustment range (±5°).
5. The inner side of the bending plate is equipped with a front hollow three-jaw pneumatic clamp, which adjusts the center of the workpiece to be consistent with the center of the milling head, and has the function of supporting the workpiece at the same time. The workpiece can prevent the workpiece from shaking during the milling process and ensure the milling accuracy. The chuck rotates.
6. The outside of the machine milling head is equipped with an electric roller frame, which can realize the auxiliary support and loading and unloading of the drill pipe and ensure continuous processing. The storage capacity of the loading and unloading rack should be ≥20 pieces (φ100)
7. Automatic processing cycle, under the control of the numerical control system, the rotation of the real hydraulic chuck spindle and the movement of the carriage along the guide rail of the bed form a linkage in the Z-axis direction to complete the helical trajectory processing of the workpiece.
8. When the C-axis and Z-axis of the real hydraulic chuck are linked, the three milling heads are linked to enter the X-axis at the same time, and three spiral grooves are processed at the same time. The screw ITD cuts in gradually and is controlled by the system.
9. The bottom of the milling head is equipped with an automatic chip conveyor, water distribution, steam cooling device, and forced cooling of the milling cutter and workpiece.
10. The electrical components in the electric control cabinet of the machine tool are all well-known domestic brands.
