1, the machine tool as a whole for the "D" structure, headstock and tailstock installed on the work table. The table moves reciprocally along Z axis. The saddle moves along the X - axis. The motorized spindle turntable (B axis) is mounted on the bed saddle. The grinding wheel dressing table is installed on the rotary table (B axis) to realize synchronous rotation with the motorized spindle.
2, the machine bed adopts ball linear guide rail, high rigidity, good wear resistance. High positioning accuracy, fast moving response, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon. 3, headstock spindle C axis adopts servo motor directly connected with high precision wear-resistant worm gear and worm pair (this worm gear and worm pair is anti-backlash worm gear and worm, backlash adjustment is convenient).
