CLX320×1500 CNC spiral rotor milling machine is our own design, processing all kinds of rotor special milling machine. This machine tool uses the forming milling cutter disc to process the screw and spiral turning workpiece, mainly suitable for the air compressor, industrial pump and other products in the large size of the spiral rotor spiral surface processing.
First, the structure of the machine tool:
The machine tool adopts Guangzhou numerical control system (four axis and two linkage).
Machine tool adopts one body, "D" type structure. The bed material is high strength cast iron, reasonable structure, good rigidity, high stability. The headbox and tail seat are installed on the workbench, and the tail seat can be moved forward and backward; The bed saddle is fixed on the bed body, and the bed saddle is equipped with a skateboard, which is locked by the disc spring. The milling head is mounted on the skateboard. The table is reciprocated from side to side by ball screw. The C and Z axes of the machine are equipped with grating ruler to ensure machining accuracy.
Machine tool guide rail is hard rail. Guide lubrication by centralized intermittent special lubricating pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
The feed shaft (Z axis, X axis) uses high precision ball screw through servo motor direct drive to achieve clearance drive, high transmission accuracy, good positioning accuracy.
The head box (C axis) adopts worm gear and worm drive with variable tooth thickness to facilitate clearance adjustment. Servo motor directly connected with worm, to achieve high precision and accurate indexing.
Milling head adopts high power frequency conversion motor, through synchronous belt + worm gear worm drive (variable tooth thickness).
The tail seat sleeve feed mode is hydraulic feed, which is convenient to disassemble the workpiece. The whole feed of the tail seat is pinion and rack structure, which is convenient to feed.
Milling spindle for A axis rotation, to determine the milling spiral Angle, with X, Z and C coordinate linkage, in the system programming to achieve automatic processing. A axis rotation using variable tooth thickness worm gear worm drive. Axis A is locked by disc spring.
