LGM140×2000 CNC screw grinding machine is the leading variety developed by our company, mainly suitable for grinding screw pump rotor, this machine adopts Guangzhou CNC system, 25IMB-H six axis three linkage (linkage axis C axis, Z axis, X axis), good stability.
1.The machine bed adopts ball linear guide, high rigidity, good wear resistance. High positioning accuracy, fast moving response, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon.
2.All castings of the machine are aging treated to reduce bending and deformation.
3.The hardness of the guide surface of the machine tool is implemented according to the national standard, which is guaranteed to be between 45 and 52 degrees Of Rockwell hardness.
4.Feed axis [Z axis, X axis] adopts high precision ball screw through a wide number of servo motor direct drive, high transmission accuracy, high positioning accuracy.
5.Feeding shaft [X axis] stroke meets the grinding wheel can pass through the center line, to ensure that the bottom diameter of all types of screw can be grinded.
6.Headstock spindle [C axis] transmission mode adopts torque motor (with encoder) direct connection, can effectively ensure the accuracy of indexing.
7.Headstock [C axis] adopts special fixture chuck with thimble.
8.Grinding head [axis A] motor adopts high power motorized spindle, which can realize stepless variable speed and wide speed range.
9.Grinding wheel dressing table adopts cross table assembly and dressing wheel adopts diamond dresser.
10.Dynamic balance should be done before installation of grinding wheel. The grinding wheel clamp is blackened with carbon steel to ensure that it cannot be rusted in use.
11.The feeding mode of tail seat sleeve is hydraulic feeding to facilitate the removal of the workpiece, and the overall feeding mode of tail seat is rack electric feeding to facilitate the operation of operators.

13.The tail seat of the machine tool is equipped with a self-discharging center.
