XK160×3500 CNC spiral drill pipe milling machine is the leading variety of the series screw machining machine tools developed by our company. This milling machine is used to process the "single head" and "multi head" spiral groove of drill pipe. It has the following characteristics:
1, high strength casting bed, guide rail is hard rail, good rigidity, high precision. Guide surface lubrication using automatic lubrication.
2, the bedside box can reciprocate along the guide rail of the bed, with high displacement accuracy and fast moving speed. Headstock spindle rotation for large transmission ratio worm gear and worm structure, worm gear and worm for oil lubrication. Servo motor direct worm to achieve accurate indexing. The headstock spindle is equipped with medium hydraulic chuck.
3. The bending plate is connected with the bed, and the workpiece is reserved through the hole in the middle. A milling head device is arranged on one side of the bending plate, which is composed of three milling heads. Milling head is reserved with multiple station installation positions. Milling head can be installed at different stations to process one, two or three symmetrical spiral surfaces at the same time. The realization of 1 milling cutter milling 1 spiral groove, 2 milling cutter simultaneously milling 180° distribution of 2 spiral groove, 3 milling cutter simultaneously milling 120° distribution of 3 spiral groove.
