Product Description

XK160×3500 machine is the leading variety of the series screw machining machine tools developed by our company. This milling machine is used to process the "single head" and "multi head" spiral groove of drill pipe. It has the following characteristics:
1, high strength casting bed, guide rail is hard rail, good rigidity, high precision. Guide surface lubrication using automatic lubrication.
2, the bedside box can reciprocate along the guide rail of the bed, with high displacement accuracy and fast moving speed. Headstock spindle rotation for large transmission ratio worm gear and worm structure, worm gear and worm for oil lubrication. Servo motor direct worm to achieve accurate indexing. The headstock spindle is equipped with medium hydraulic chuck.
3. The bending plate is connected with the bed, and the workpiece is reserved through the hole in the middle. A milling head device is arranged on one side of the bending plate, which is composed of three milling heads. Milling head is reserved with multiple station installation positions. Milling head can be installed at different stations to process one, two or three symmetrical spiral surfaces at the same time. The realization of 1 milling cutter milling 1 spiral groove, 2 milling cutter simultaneously milling 180° distribution of 2 spiral groove, 3 milling cutter simultaneously milling 120° distribution of 3 spiral groove.
4, milling head motor for high power frequency conversion motor (7.5KW), milling head spindle shank installation form for BT50 structure, disk milling cutter processing. Milling head can be manually adjusted Angle, Angle adjustment range (±5°).
5, the inner side of the bending plate is equipped with a front hollow three-jaw pneumatic clamp, adjust the center of the workpiece and the center of the milling head is the same, at the same time, it has the role of supporting the workpiece, prevent the workpiece jitter in the milling process, ensure the milling accuracy. The chuck rotates.
6,Electric idler frame is configured on the outside of machine milling head to realize auxiliary support and loading and unloading work of drill pipe and ensure continuous processing. The storage capacity of the loading and unloading rack should be ≥20 pieces (φ100)
7, automatic processing cycle, under the control of the CNC system, the rotation of the real hydraulic chuck spindle and the movement of the dragging plate along the bed guide in the Z axis direction to form a linkage, complete the workpiece spiral trajectory processing.
8, in the real hydraulic chuck C axis and Z axis linkage at the same time, three milling head linkage at the same time into the X axis, while processing three spiral groove. The screw ITD is gradually cut in and controlled by the system.
9, the bottom of the milling head is equipped with automatic chip removal machine, water distribution, steam cooling device, forced cooling milling cutter and workpiece.

10,The electrical components in the machine tool electrical control cabinet are all made of domestic well-known brand Delisi.
