CNC spline milling machine is the leading variety of screw processing machine tools developed by our company. This product is specially designed for processing various splines of screw shaft end. This machine tool adopts wide number control system.
First, the structure of the machine tool:
1, the overall high strength casting body, four guide rail arrangement, guide surface high-frequency quenching, good rigidity, high precision. The bed saddle is on the two rails, and the head of the bed and tail seat are on the two rails. The machine is equipped with 1 support frame. Machine guide lubrication by centralized intermittent special lubrication pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
2, the milling head motor adopts servo spindle motor, and the transmission adopts synchronous belt + helical gear structure, which can make the hob achieve stepless speed change and wide speed range. The Angle of milling head is adjusted and manually locked by variable tooth thickness worm gear and worm drive to ensure the stability of machining.
3, the feed shaft [Z axis, X axis] adopts high precision ball screw through the wide number servo motor direct drive, high transmission accuracy, good positioning accuracy.
4, head box spindle C axis adopts wide number servo motor directly connected with high precision wear-resisting worm gear and worm gear pair (the worm gear and worm gear pair is variable tooth thickness worm gear and worm gear, side gap can be adjusted).
5. The sliding plate is a dovetail guide rail, with high position accuracy and good fast moving speed.
6, the spindle bearing is lubricated with oil, low temperature rise, high durability, and no daily lubrication maintenance.
7. The tail seat of the machine is mechanical, flexible and reliable.

9. The machine is equipped with a chip removal machine. The iron chips generated in the milling process directly enter the chip removal machine to ensure the clean working environment.
