The grinding head is mounted on the skateboard.
3, machine guide (X axis, Z axis) using high precision roller linear guide. Guide lubrication by centralized intermittent special lubricating pump lubrication, lubrication in time.
4, the feed shaft (Z axis, X axis) adopts precision ball screw through servo motor direct drive, high transmission accuracy, good positioning accuracy.
5. The head box (C axis) adopts low speed and large torque turntable.
6. Grinding head adopts high-power spindle motor.
7. The tail seat sleeve feed mode is hydraulic feed, which is convenient to disassemble the workpiece. The whole feed of the tail seat is pinion and rack structure, which is convenient to feed.
8, grinding spindle for A axis rotation, to determine the grinding spiral Angle, with X, Z and C coordinate linkage, in the system programming to achieve automatic processing. A axis rotates with low speed and high torque turntable. Axis A is locked by disc spring. Two CBN grinding wheel parts are installed on the grinding wheel shaft, which can be moved axially to complete the coarse and fine grinding of rotor slots respectively.
9. The head and spindle of the machine tool are equipped with special clamping tools.
10. The machine is equipped with magnetic separator. Lubrication cooling effect is achieved by forced cooling.
