LX320-1500 CNC screw rotor milling machines is designed and processed by our factory. I. Structural characteristics of machine tools:

4, the feed shaft (Z axis, X axis) adopts high precision ball screw through servo motor direct drive to achieve no clearance transmission, high transmission accuracy, good positioning accuracy.
5, headstock (axis C) adopt variable tooth thickness worm gear drive, convenient to adjust the clearance. Servo motor direct worm, high precision and accurate indexing.
6, the milling head adopts high power frequency conversion motor, through the synchronous belt + worm gear and worm drive.
7. The feeding mode of tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feeding, which is convenient to remove the workpiece. The overall feeding of tailstock is rack and pinion structure, which is convenient to feed.
8, the milling spindle is A axis rotation, in order to determine the milling spiral Angle, with X, Z and C coordinate linkage, in the case of system programming to achieve automatic processing. A axis rotation using variable tooth thickness worm gear drive. Axis A is locked by disc spring.
9, the machine is equipped with special fixture, the machine is equipped with a special center frame.
