A, machine tool structure features:
1. The whole machine tool is "D" structure, the headbox and tail seat are installed on the workbench.The worktable reciprocates along the Z axis.The bed saddle makes feed motion along the X axis.The motorized spindle turntable (axis B) is mounted on the bed saddle.The grinding wheel dressing table is mounted on the turntable (B axis) to realize synchronous rotation with the motorized spindle.
2. Ball linear guide rail of machine tool body is adopted, with high rigidity and good wear resistance.High positioning accuracy, fast moving reaction, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon.
3, head box spindle C axis adopts servo motor direct high precision wear-resistant worm gear and worm pair (this worm gear and worm pair for clearance worm gear and worm, easy to adjust the backlash).The front end of the spindle is equipped with special clamping tools for easy disassembly of the workpiece.
4, the feed shaft [Z axis, X axis] adopts high precision ball screw through the servo motor direct drive to achieve clearance drive, high transmission accuracy, high positioning accuracy.

The standard processing diameter range of this equipment is 350mm, if you have other processing range, you can negotiate with the sales contact.  Length range, we can do from 1000mm to 8000mm, and all are integral cast bed.
