Milling head using mechanical spindle unit, motor using frequency conversion motor, can make the milling cutter to achieve infinite variable speed, wide speed regulation range. 3. X-axis and Z-axis reciprocating motion is realized by ball screw, with high repeated positioning accuracy.
The bedside C-axis transmission is a worm structure (tooth thickness), the transmission is stable and accurate. The front end of the bedside spindle is equipped with a four-claw clip plate. The sliding saddle is a dovetail guide rail, with high position accuracy and good fast moving speed. 6.
