The FXK5001000 CNC gantry milling machine has the following characteristics:
1. Overall bed body design, high-strength casting, four-guide rail layout, high-frequency quenching of the guide rail surface, good rigidity and high precision.
2. The milling head adopts mechanical spindle unit, and the motor adopts frequency conversion motor, which can make the milling cutter achieve infinite variable speed and has a wide range of speed regulation.
3. X-axis and Z-axis reciprocating motion is realized by ball screw, with high repeated positioning accuracy.
4. The bedside C-axis transmission is a worm wheel and worm structure (variable tooth thickness), with stable transmission and accurate separation. The front end of the bedside spindle is equipped with a four-claw clip plate.
5. The sliding saddle is a dovetail-shaped guide rail, with high position accuracy and good fast moving speed.
6. The spindle bearing adopts oil lubrication, low temperature rise, high durability, and no need for daily lubrication maintenance.
